How to Add Embed Youtube Video into Blogger

We blogger always want to engage our blog reader into our blog.So we play many tricks with our blog using template hack or adding beautiful widget.We all love to watch video more that reading text or watching images.So if do add a video on our blog it'll surely make our blog more preference to the readers and will surely get some high amount of traffic.Which is surely a great thing for any blogger.So what if we add a video on our blog sidebar?Hope you alredy saw that on many blog.It make your blog more active to the readers.It's called embed video and her we'll going to learn how to add this embed video on our blogger sidebar as a widget.

Add Embed Youtube Videos

  • First go to youtube.com
  • Search for any video you want to include into your site.
  • Open that video contained page on youtube
  • Click on Share-->Embed and then just copy the embed code providing in the box as per below screen shot.

  • You can also customize the embed video height and width as per your site.Just by putting height and weight on the box below embed code bos as per below screen shot.

Now you need to put the video into your blogger blog,for that just go through the following steps.

  • Now go to your blogger "dashboard".
  • After that move on to "layout" section.
  • Click on "Add a Gadget"
  • Insert the embed code into "HTML/Javascript"
  • Arrange the widget position by dragging.

  3. but the problem is that does not count views on the video, how can I solve this?

    1. The answer is yes. If you Embed your video at different website or blog, and if any user watch the video from that blog/website, youtube will count the video as viewed.

      Remember, view will not count if the user just only browse the page. The user needs to click the play from embed player,but Please make sure your video is not set to auto-play, and allow a few hours for the count to get updated.
